Welcome to the newest version of A Place to Call My Own! ^^ Lets say I would have stayed with the old style on the site, but I kinda really REALLY messed something up. I wanted to update, well, here it is now! ^-^ I kept the same pic to the left just cause I love it so much. You'll also notice new fonts and hopefully some better things. o_O; Here goes nothing! And I always prefer the 800x600 resolution for my work. ^^;
Tommy Shaw... ^^ Oh if there ever was a name I like to hear... From songs such as Crystal Ball and Man in the Wilderness to Ocean and Everything is Cool, and even A Place to Call My Own, I'm enchanted by the music. Little did I know when I started listening to Styx in 1997 that one of my favorite songs on Grand Illusion was by him. Well, I didn't know in the end how much I would come to love his songs. My appreciation grew, and then I heard that he had a solo album. Curiosity killed this lil Pika and she got 7 Deadly Zens. Immediately, after only hearing Ocean, I recognized his voice and songwriting. ^_^ I still love 7 Deadly Zens to this day, and probably always will. Next was some cassettes of his solo work, and I hunted them all down. And you know what? I loved each and every one of them and STILL do. I even have Ambition on CD, a Japanese version at that. ^^ Now, if only it could get re-released...
*giggle* I am babbling aren't I? But ... one must to feel freedom. LOL! ^^ Below are areas of the site, hopefully everything works. I am also looking for links, so any help is appreciated. See below for more details and banners to link to me!
